Finally, RuPaul's Drag Race season 14 is coming to a close. But let's hash out a few things first.
In a time-honored tradition -- that's been interrupted recently because of the global pandemic -- Drag Race brought all of this season's contestants back together to look back over their journeys on the show. This was, as RuPaul dubbed it, a year where she didn't want to send anyone home. But it was also one full of all types of emotion.
For the reunion, Ru ran a series called Clash of the Queens where they recapped altercations between the contestants. This served for some juicy goss.
Keep reading to see our five key moments of the reunion special.
During the season, Kornbread opened up about her estranged relationship with her family. She mentioned that things got so bad tha she once ran away and her family didn't look for her. RuPaul asked if the relationship had improved.
"It has drastically," Kornbread revealed. She said she felt that the show was pivotal because it forced her to listen to her point of view "without a rebuttle." She then said that she recently went home to Columbia, South Carolina to do a gig and her whole family attended. Afterwards she joined the family for a cookout "in full geish."
In what is likely to be the biggest moment of the episode, Jasmine Kennedie finally addressed all of Daya Betty's comments. Throughout the series, Betty's critical eye (and comments) often turned on Kennedie often. Many times her comments were unprompted and unprovoked, with her inserting her own judgments either in confessionals or in person, to Kennedie's face. When asked about them by RuPaul, Betty stood firm, saying "I said what. I said.
"I firmly believe in speaking up about how you feel," she said. "I don't take any of that shit back."
But then Kennedie and Jorgeous, who also came under Betty's scrutiny began to respond. "You dragged me for nine weeks straight," Kennedy said.
After a bit of back and forth, Betty began to cry. It was quite the scene.

If you watched the season and had a working pulse, it's clear that Alyssa Hunter was the trade of the season. If you couldn't tell with your own two eyes, you could see the other queens thirst after her. RuPaul gave her the official title during the reunion. what's more, Ru peppered her with a few questions: are you single, are you the big or small spoon, what's the tea?
"I am single!" Hunter shared. And, there it is ladies and gents!
The competition 'ship that we all knew about was Angeria and Lady Camden. The two were the perfect lesbian sisters to watch, uplifting one another and sharing little bits of affection throughout the series. But there was another linkup happening on set that we didn't know about
"I saw the mullet out of drag and I was like ok, ok, ok," Jorgeous said of her ship with Orion Story.
Only half of the other competitors knew about the pair's connection. Jorgeous said that it was relegated to holding hands in the van, hugging, cuddling, and the like. "No lips were touched," she clarified.

This season of Drag Race features the most trans queens in history. While Kerri Colby entered the Werk Room as an out trans woman, other queens opened up as the season went on both onscreen and on social media. They reflected in their own ways at the reunion.
“"I'm able to give what I always wish I would've had." ✨

Thank you @kerricolby for being such an inspiration & so proud of our Trans divas @jasminekennedie, @hereisbosco, @kornbreadTMFS, & @WillowPillQueen! 💘 #DragRace”— RuPaul's Drag Race (@RuPaul's Drag Race) 1650070519
