Suit game starts strong for the new host of The Daily Show
Silver fox Jon Stewart may have left large shoes to fill when he left The Daily Show desk, but his successor Trevor Noah seems to be doing a fine job in his first week at Comedy Central. And by fine, we mean fyyiiiine.
The baby-faced South African comedian is giving us more eye candy that we bargained for, and his suit-and-tie collection is definitely prime-time worthy. Icing on the cake: When Stewart was waging an all-out war with Fox News and its affiliates, Noah's lighter "politics for dummies" approach may open the show to a younger audience, while indescriminately poking fun at homophobes, ignorant conservatives (we're looking at you, Trump,) and political bulls*it of all sorts. And we're all in favor of that.
