Daily Crush: Quilted Jacket by Cadet

Military-inspired label Cadet has been rising fast in the menswear ranks. After being shortlisted for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, Raul Castillo and Brad Schmidt, the adorable gay couple behind the brand, also won the Design Entrepreneur award last October. Clearly, they're doing something right. This winter, their outerwear collection is no exception. A highlight is the jacquard jacket, made in a luxury merino wool and cotton blend, with plenty of external and hidden pockets, and drawstrings at the bottom hem for a snug fit -- all that made in by hand in Cadet's Brooklyn factory. Meanwhile, the quilted lining is so cozy and warm we'd sleep in it. Available in blue or gray.
