The Megan Fox as Poison Ivy train is picking up speed!
Ever since the Meganaissance started earlier this year, fans have been calling for the iconic actress to play the equally iconic supervillain Poison Ivy in a DC movie. Now, we might have a little more hope that that wish could become reality.
Fox's assistant, Madison Bigos, set off a whole new wave of excitement when she posted an image of Fox with the caption "Poison Ivy? Expecting a call very soon" on her Instagram Story. Bigos pretty quickly took the image down, but not before excited fans took screenshots and let their imaginations run wild.
While the obvious way to interpret the post is that Fox is in talks to star as Poison Ivy in the DCEU, it could have been an example of wishful thinking or manifesting. Perhaps Bigos was just trying to rouse up more support for Fox in the role?

If that's the case, then great job Madison, you deserve a raise, because the only thing we want for Christmas this year is for Megan Fox to play Poison Ivy.
Bigos quickly took down the post, leaving fans to wonder exactly what was meant by it. Hopefully, we'll hear some official news from Fox or DC soon!
Fox, and all of us, are right at the beginning of the Meganaissance, with renewed interest in the bicon and actor at the highest point it's been since the beginning of her career. She just landed a role in the upcoming sequel to the blockbuster action franchise The Expendables, and she's not looking to slow down any time soon.
Earlier this year, the Jennifer's Body star also revealed that she'd love to play a superhero. "I won't lie, I do want to find a Marvel or a DC character that I've always wanted to play and do one of those," she said in a profile for InStyle.
We know that Margot Robbie desperately wants to add Poison Ivy to her Harley Quinn movies, possibly as a love interest, and we just as desperately want Fox to play the role.
Whether this was a case of news leaking early, or just extreme bisexual manifestation, we couldn't be more onboard for Fox as Ivy, and we hope to see an official announcement soon!
