Colton Haynes became a mainstream star after appearing on MTV's Teen Wolf. Even though the actor was in his early 20s at the time, he played Jackson Whittemore on the show - a high schooler who served as the captain of the Beacon Hills lacrosse team. Haynes first starred in seasons one and two of the series, but then came back for season six. He is also set to appear in the upcoming Paramount+ original movie Teen Wolf: The Movie.
Besides his work on MTV, Haynes appeared on TV shows like The Gates (as Brett Crezski), Look: The Series (as Shane), Arrow (as Roy Harper/Arsenal), The Grinder (Luke Grinder), Scream Queens (Tyler), and American Horror Story: Cult (Jack Samuels). In 2021, Haynes made a hilarious cameo as a prison guard in the music video for "Industry Baby" by Lil Nas X. He also wrote and released his first memoir, Miss Memory Lane, in 2022.
Now, the actor has landed two roles in the upcoming Lifetime original film Swindler Seduction. According to reports, Haynes will play twin brothers in the movie, which is inspired by true events. According to its synopsis, Swindler Seduction "exposes the world of the romantic con artists, i.e. men who earn their living off women who they fool and steal from." The film will be directed by veteran Hallmark director Jonathan Wright.
