The show is now also adding a cash prize for the runner-up of the season worth $50,000. Historically, there has never been a cash prize for runners-up on Drag Race, making this a first for the series. When it comes to Miss Congeniality, the cash prize of $10,000 will still be awarded to the winner of the title.
