The last time we saw TOM was back in April when the first trailer premiered. Albeit there wasn't any dialogue in the clip, but the high cinematic value and a dashing leading man (mmhmm, in leather) made the latest teaser quite the mid-week treat.
TOM follows Touko Laaksonen as he finishes fighting in World II and begins living a double life: an advertising artist and pianist by day, a creator of homoerotic drawings by night. Of course, we now remember Touko Laaksonen as the iconic Tom of Finland, the genius behind the leather, the muscles, and the masculine gay man. (Don't get it confused with the "official" biopic in the works directed by Dome Karukoski.)
If you dig the trailer below as much as we do, consider donating to the film's Indiegogo (think Kickstarter but international). The team behind TOM is hoping to shoot the entire film this coming year and release it worldwide in 2015. We can never be too short of steamy queer movies, so let's help them out!
