How could we have missed this? The other night, Frank Ocean (No. 42 on Out's Power List) posted a shirtless selfie of himself on his Tumblr and then quickly deleted it. It was a rare glimpse at the singer, who is planning to release his album this fall (fingers crossed). He later posted a follow-up reading: "all posts after 2am and before 7am shall be forgiven."
