"I encourage even more diversity in the fashion world, that includes welcoming trans models to the runways," Campbell said, looking stunning in a Gucci leopard print gown while introducing Ellen Page. She also paid respect to Lea T and former RuPaul's Drag Race contestant Carmen Carrera, both of whom have been breaking down barriers in the fashion industry.
"Much love Lea T and also to Carmen Carrera," Campbell said. "The truth is LGBT culture and fashion go hand in hand. They flourish in light of making bold and brave statements."
