Dear Hollywood, MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Time after time, Zendaya continues to amaze us with her all-around impressive resume! I mean, really, what can't Z do? Star in an Emmy-winning TV show? She's done it. Become a fashion icon? She has definitely done that. Be in a superhero "IT" couple? Two words: Tom. Holland. But now, it looks like the Euphoria star has her sights set on something new!

In a recent discussion with Interview, Zendaya sat down with her Euphoria costar Colman Domingo to discuss what might be up next in the future of her career.

"I just want to do the things that make me happy and bring me joy and fulfill me as an artist, as a person," she said. "The idea of trying to direct in the future excites me."

The actress revealed that she "doesn't necessarily have a plan," but hopes to one day share the stories that she "wants to see" on the screen. And at the top of that list? "A simple love story about two Black girls."

"I don't want it to be rooted in anything other than just a story about two people falling in love and that's it. Something simple and beautiful, that leaves you happy and wanting to fall in love yourself," she shared with Colman. "I would love a coming-of-age story where awkward and funny things happen, just like when any other young person is trying to figure out who they are."

Zendaya feels especially passionate about portraying the existence of a young Black girl, telling Domingo that it's "broad and expansive and beautiful."

"To see all the different emotional colors of what it means to be a young Black girl," she said. "I would like to see that, because I don't think I've seen many depictions of it."

And we want to see it too! Hollywood, make it happen!
