Incredibles 2, the long-anticipated sequel to the greatest film of all time, The Incredibles, is shattering records long before it's even in theaters.
Entertainment Weeklyreports that pre-sale tickets have already put the movie on track to beat out the current record holder for highest-grossing animated movie ever: Finding Dory, which grossed $486 million domestically.

"Fans have been waiting over a decade to see the return of Pixar's most beloved heroic family, and those years of anticipation are leading to record-breaking advance ticket sales for Incredibles 2," said Erik Davis, Fandango managing editor, to EW. "The film is already receiving terrific early buzz, and with summer vacation in full swing for many kids, Incredibles 2 is poised to become one of season's biggest hits."
The film is coming a gargantuan 14 years after the original, picking up right where the first film left off and focusing instead on Mrs. Incredible's career this time around. The film is out June 15.
