Sorry, no boys allowed.

Layering a bubbly PC Music filter over a ravy mid-90s Eurodance melody, Charli XCX records pop in its purest, most irresistible form once more by channeling the infectious energies of Aqua's "Barbie Girl" and Paradisio's "Bailando" in the newly released "Girls Night Out."

Charli regards the song as one of her most favorite, and went to Twitter yesterday to celebrate the one year anniversary of the tongue-in-cheek video premiere of "Boys" and the official release of "Girls Night Out" the day after.

After one year of being "busy thinking 'bout boys," though, Charli is now keen on revelling the weekend with her girls and just her girls as the singer comes full circle and repeatedly chants "no boys, no boys" throughout the fan favorite which debuted on one of producer SOPHIE's sets in 2015.

Norwegian production duo Stargate, who produced such classics as Rihanna's "Only Girl (In the World)" and Katy Perry's "Firework," also join SOPHIE and Charli on creating the playful, feelgood anthem.

The song serves as Charli's third end of month release following "5 In The Morning" in May and joint tracks "Focus" and "No Angel" in June. "Girls Night Out" arrives during her stop near Boston as the opening act alongside Camila Cabello for Taylor Swift's Reputation Stadium Tour.
