Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett are taking the stage this holiday season!

On Sunday, MTV announced that the legendary duo's new special -- MTV Unplugged: Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga -- will air on the music network on the night of December 16!

The performance, which was filmed in New York earlier this year, features the House of Gucci star and the iconic jazz singer as they perform songs from their Grammy-nominated album Love for Sale. This is the second album released by the pair, the first being Cheek to Cheek in 2014.

In a statement, MTV shared details of the upcoming episode, saying:

"The highly anticipated episode...features the duo coming together for one extraordinary night to perform a combination of stripped-back duets and solo songs" from their new album Love for Sale.

MTV Unplugged: Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga marks the return of MTV's iconic Unplugged series, which first premiered in 1989. This will be Gaga's first appearance in the series and Bennett's second appearance, following his first Unplugged recording in1994.

And Gaga and Bennett have even more coming in the new year! ViacomCBS is set to release a documentary about the making of their new album in 2022, titled The Lady and The Legend.
