The singer allegedly forced himself on his neighbor in 2016.
A new report has revealed that Seal is under investigation by the NYPD for allegedly groping and forcibly kissing a former neighbor. The neighbor, actor Tracey Birdsall, told TMZ that the alleged incident took place at Seal's Los Angeles home in the fall of 2016. She described the close friendship she had with the singer that ended abruptly that fall. She'd come over to retrieve a salad spinner she'd lent him when he suddenly "lunged at her."

She told TMZ that Seal forced himself on her and attempted to kiss her. According to the report, she says she shouted, "What are you doing?!" and the singer replied, "I'm kissing you!" From there, Seal allegedly belittled Birdsall's outfit--a tank top and shorts--and insinuated that she was "asking for it" before groping her breasts. She told him to stop and then he asked her to sit on the couch next to him, which she did because "she was in shock." Seal then allegedly belittled her and groped her again. It was at this point that she left and had no further contact with him.
Seal's rep released a statement in response to the report, stating: "Seal vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbor for alleged misconduct more than a year ago. He intends to vigorously defend himself against these false allegations."
