No Schitt's Creek stan's collection will be complete without it!

If there's a Schitt's Creek-sized hole in your heart that only a Monopoly board can fill, we'll then you're in luck!

Taking to social media earlier today, the beloved, Emmy-winning comedy series just announced that a special, Schitt's Creek-themed edition of the classic board game Monopoly is officially on the way, and we can already hear the sound of everyone's wallets opening up and coughing up the dough to get their hands on it!

"Introducing, Monopoly: Schitt's Creek Edition," the announcement simply said.

But this isn't the first Schitt's Creek merch superfans have been blessed with this year! Last month, Dan and Eugene Levy, the father-son pair who created the hit, queer-inclusive comedy series, announced the release of their new book, Best Wishes, Warmest Regards: The Story of Schitt's Creek, and that's set for release later this month on the 26th!

The book captures the "essence and alchemy of all six seasons," and celebrates "the town, the characters, and the state of mind that is Schitt's Creek," according to the official description.

"As a self-proclaimed fan since its launch in 2015, I'm delighted to be a part of the global phenomenon that is Schitt's Creek," Trapeze Books publishing director Jamie Coleman said in a statement about the volume.

"The show has established a position as the kind of escapist television that we've needed in tumultuous times. To enter the world of Schitt's Creek is to escape to somewhere you don't want to leave and for so many viewers, the series finishing left them bereft," Coleman continued. "Reading Best Wishes, Warmest Regards is like taking a trip back to the Rosebud Motel with the cast as your guide, a feel-good journey back to the creek that we all need."

The Levys are also taking the stage on the 25th at New York's Beacon Theatre for a live event promoting the new book!

"How do you follow a fun Rose family reunion at the Emmys?? With this!" Eugene said on Twitter, announcing the event (a hybrid of in-person and virtual live-stream) to fans. "The event will also be live-streamed for those fans who cannot attend in person. See you on the 25th!!"

The official Schitt's Creek-themed Monopoly board game is available now on The Op's website for $39.99!
