The competition is starting to get even crazier on the current, 19th season of the BBC's beloved reality competition Strictly Come Dancing, and the pressure to slay is cranking up for all of the competitors, including history-making pair John Whaite and Johannes Radebe. Luckily, the two sure know how to deliver a show-stopping performance week after week!
Earning a 35 out of 40 from the judges' table this past weekend, the Great British Bake Off alum and his partner took to the ballroom floor (wearing sheer buttow-downs, no less) to serve up a sensual, hypnotizing rumba routine to Sting's classic "Shape of My Heart," and when we tell you we were entranced, we were entranced.
While they didn't get a totally perfect score from the judge's table, the pair have been absolutely killing it on this season of Strictly so far, and are some of the show's fiercest competitors!
Two weeks ago, they even got the highest score of the night, dancing the Charleston to Edith Piaf's "Milford" with a super cute French, boulangerie-themed performance! (Fitting for a baking extraordinaire like Whaite!)
"Thank you to all who voted to give [Johannes Radebe] and me the chance to dance again," the GBBO hunk said on Instagram following he and Radebe's sweet and tasty performance. "A huge thanks also to [Jenny Thomas] and [Sean Moon] for all their help with the Charleston. And as always many thanks to everyone behind the scenes at [Strictly Come Dancing] who make the show what it is."
Here's to even more weeks of competition for the Stricly duo we've been rooting for all this time!
