Calling all queens who are true, north, strong, and fierce!

On Tuesday, November 1, Brooke Lynn Hytes appeared in a video announcing the fourth season of Canada's Drag Race. The host and judge also opened a casting call for the upcoming season via the series' official casting website.

The requirements to apply for Canada's Drag Race include a series of questions about personal details, social media presence, and specifics about an applicant's style of drag. To complete the application, drag artists must upload three non-drag photos, five in-drag photos, and an introduction video between 60 and 90 seconds in length.

You can watch the official announcement of Canada's Drag Race season four below.

Over the course of three seasons, Canada's Drag Race has crowned Priyanka (season one), Icesis Couture (season two), and Gisele Lullaby (season three). As of 2022, the series has also launched its first-ever spinoff, Canada's Drag Race: Canada Vs. the World, which will include former contestants from various international editions of RuPaul's Drag Race.

There was some doubt about whether or not Canada's Drag Race would be renewed for a fourth season, but it seems like that speculation has now been put to rest. Though it has yet to be confirmed, regular judges Brad Goreski and Traci Melchor are expected to return alongside Hytes on the judging panel.

We are very excited to meet a new group of Queens of the North!

RuPaul's Drag Race UK season four airs Thursday on WOW Presents Plus.
