The library was officially open on Big Brother.

Despite being evicted from Big Brother 12 in week five, Rachel Reilly returned to the house for 24 hours after her showmance partner Brendon Villegas unleashed the Pandora's Box twist. Reilly got into several fights during that period of time, which included getting read to filth by gay contestant Ragan Fox.

It all started when Reilly went out of her way to provoke Fox in the backyard and ask if he'd like to eat some "gooey cookies" she was supposedly going to make. This prompted Fox to deliver one of the shadiest and most brutal reads in Big Brother history:

"Rachel, you don't intimidate me, you repulse me. You're about as classy as your nasty hair extensions. Everything about you is a lie: your boobs are a lie, your face is a lie. The only thing honest about you is the pimples on your chin. You're a wicked witch, why don't you get on your broom and fly back inside? Get out of my face. If you don't like me and I don't like you, go some place where somebody in this house actually likes you. By yourself. You're here for a limited time because your boyfriend did a Pandora's Box and unleashed something horrible in the house. Wake up! Your days of bullying me are over. You're a conniving, evil little witch, and you got exactly what was coming to you. Talking to you is like talking to the most vile, devil child in the world. And I'm done with it, baby, because I'm done with you. Because your game in this house is over."

He really got her together. She didn't even stand a chance.

For full context, BB12 aired all the way back in 2010, which might explain some of the reads that were delivered in Fox's speech. Moreover, Fox and Reilly had their differences in the game of Big Brother, but Reilly has been considered to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community over the years. In subsequent years, Reilly returned to reality TV on Big Brother 13 (which she won) and The Amazing Race season 31. She's also been cast in the new Peacock reality competition The Traitors, which premieres in January 2023.

As far as Fox is concerned, he's left reality TV in the past and has absolutely buried the hatchet with Reilly and her family, as showcased in several social media interactions. So this tense exchange between them on BB12 is now just a hilariously shady moment for fans to enjoy.

Congratulations, Fox, you were absolutely the winner of this reading challenge!
