RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race

Secret Celeb Drag Race is back — and with a new format!

RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race is coming back for a second season -- and a brand new format.

This season, RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, and Ross Mathews will return as the core panel of judges. The Celeb Drag Race contestants will be mentored by so-called "Queen Supremes" Brooke Lynn Heights, Jujubee, and Monet X Change. In addition, other Drag Race legends are set to appear as guests, such as Eureka, Gottmik, Katya, Morgan McMichaels, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, and Violet Chachki.

From the looks of it, this second season of Secret Celebrity Drag Race will follow a similar format to The Masked Singer - but with a drag twist, as expected. In each episode, the celebrity contestants will go through complete drag transformations and compete in a lip sync showdown. In the end, one of these celebs will be crowned "America's Next Celeb Drag Superstar" and get the chance to donate $100,000 to their favorite charity.

It appears that the celebrity contestants will be much more involved in season two than they were in the first season. The show is also set in a new location that doesn't look anything like the usual werkroom. All things considered, it seems like the Celebrity Drag Race series has undergone a complete drag transformation itself.

RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race season two premieres August 12 at 8 p.m. ET on VH1.
