Every First-Eliminated Queen From 'RuPaul's Drag Race'
Populating the Porkchop Loading Dock!
No matter how many non-elimination episodes a new season of RuPaul's Drag Race may start with, there's no way around it: at some point, one not-so-lucky queen has to go home first. Ever since Victoria "Porkchop" Parker's elimination in season one, however, RuPaul has made sure that the queens who are gone too early are not easily forgotten by fans.
Thankfully, there have also been several first-eliminated queens who understood the assignment and didn't allow their quick elimination to become their only legacy on Drag Race. In fact, some of these queens have come back to compete again due to how popular they became among fans. Season 14 also had an entire maxi challenge dedicated to three first-eliminated queens from past seasons.
For the sake of this list, we are not taking into consideration "fake-out" eliminations like Elliot With 2 Ts (season 13), Orion Story (season 14 premiere 1), and Daya Betty (season 14 premiere 2) given that these three queens were immediately brought back to the competition in a planned twist from production.
So, with season 15 just getting started on MTV, it's time to look back at all of the queens who were officially sent home first over the years on RuPaul's Drag Race.
RuPaul's Drag Race season 15 airs Fridays on MTV.

Victoria “Porkchop” Parker (Season 1)
Victoria "Porkchop" Parker was the first-ever eliminated queen from Drag Race. She went up against Akashia in the series' first lip sync for your life, which was to the tune of "Supermodel (You Better Work)" by RuPaul. Ultimately, Parker was told to sashay away.

Shangela (Season 2)
Despite her undeniable charisma and perseverance, Shangela was only a "baby drag queen" back in season two and didn't stand up to the caliber of other contestants. Shangie lip synced against dancing queen Sahara Davenport to En Vogue's "My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It" and ended up losing the battle - becoming the first-eliminated queen of the season.

Venus D-Lite (Season 3)
Shangela came back for Drag Race season three and landed in the bottom two yet again at the grand premiere. She went up against Venus D-Lite in a lip syn to "The Right Stuff" by Vanessa Williams. But this time, Shangie emerged victorious, which sent D-Lite packing.

Alisa Summers (Season 4)
Expectations were very high for Alisa Summers when she entered the werk room of Drag Race season four. Alas, this beauty queen didn't live up to those expectations. Upon landing in the bottom two with Jiggly Caliente in the first episode, the two queens lip synced to "Toxic" by Britney Spears. In the end, Summers was asked to sashay away.

Penny Tration (Season 5)
Viewers voted Penny Tration as the "fan-favorite" in an online contest that took place prior to the filming of season five. Despite this large pre-season fanbase, Tration didn't do well in the first episode and landed herself in the bottom against Serena ChaCha. Following their messy lip sync to Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA," Tration was eliminated by Mama Ru.

Kelly Mantle (Season 6 Premiere 1)
Season six had two premiere episodes that actually eliminated two contestants. And no, the queens sent home in this split premiere were not brought back right away in a production twist. The first queen to go home was Kelly Mantle, who lip synced to Madonna's "Express Yourself" against Vivacious and ended up losing.

Magnolia Crawford (Season 6 Premiere 2)
The second queen to go home first in season six was Magnolia Crawford. She was shown as having a pretty negative attitude toward the first maxi challenge and the competition itself, which didn't help her with the judges. In the end, Crawford lip synced against Darienne Lake to "Turn the Beat Around" by Vicki Sue Robinson. RuPaul ultimately asked Crawford to sashay away.

Tempest DuJour (Season 7)
Tempest DuJour was unfortunately very underestimated by certain other contestants due to being an older queen. But season seven of Drag Race was a very young-skewing season, and that might have gotten DuJour in her head as well. After not doing well in the first maxi challenge of the season, she fell in the bottom two with Kandy Ho and lip synced to "Geronimo" by RuPaul. Ho was deemed the winner of that lip sync, sending DuJour home right away.

Naysha Lopez (Season 8)
Even though Naysha Lopez was indeed brought back to the competition later on, don't get it twisted - she was absolutely the first-eliminated queen of Drag Race season eight. She completely failed in that first maxi challenge and also lost the lip sync to Lady Gaga's "Applause" against Laila McQueen. However, episode two ended up featuring a rare double sashay between McQueen and Dax ExclamationPoint. This prompted Mama Ru to bring Lopez back in order to preserve the number of episodes in the season, but that was clearly not a planned comeback for the pageant queen... oh, at all!

Jaymes Mansfield (Season 9)
Jaymes Mansfield showed a lot of promise coming into season nine, but her sense of humor and in-drag character just didn't translate well to television at the time. After not doing great at the premiere (a non-elimination episode) as well as episode two, Mansfield landed in the bottom two with Kimora Blac. The two queens lip synced to "Love Shack" by The B-52's, and Mansfield was sent home first.

Vanessa Vanjie Mateo (Season 10)
The elimination that would break all first Drag Race eliminations took place in season 10 as Vanessa Vanjie Mateo was asked to sashay away at the premiere. She lip synced against Kalorie Karbdashian Williams to "Ain't No Other Man" by Christina Aguilera. All things considered, Williams did a slightly better job than Mateo, and thank gawd for that! If it weren't for that loss, fans would never have gotten the iconic "Miss Vanjie" exit that defined that entire season.

Soju (Season 11)
Soju didn't do a good job on the first maxi challenge of Drag Race season 11, which justified her placement in the bottom two. She lip synced to Hannah Montana's "Best of Both Worlds" against Kahanna Montrese, and it was pretty clear that Montrese out-performed her costar. Soju was subsequently sent home first.

Dahlia Sin (Season 12)
Season 12 started with a split premiere, and both of them were non-elimination episodes. But even by episode three, Dahlia Sin still struggled to find her footing in the competition, which landed her in the bottom two against Nicky Doll. The two contestants lip synced to "Problem" by Ariana Grande, and the judges determined that Doll did a better job than Sin.

Kahmora Hall (Season 13)
If you want to go by the fantasy created by production, there were as many as seven first-eliminated queens on Drag Race season 13 as those contestants lost in the Lip Sync Smackdown and were sent to the Porkchop Loading Dock. A vote then took place between those seven queens, and Elliott With 2 Ts was "eliminated." But yet again, this didn't really mean anything. 2 Ts was brought back right away in episode two and stayed in the competition for a while. As it turns out, the first-eliminated queen of the season was Kahmora Hall after losing a wild lip sync against Denali to Crystal Waters' "100% Pure Love."

June Jambalaya (Season 14)
Though Orion Story was told to sashay away in episode one and Daya Betty was sent home in episode two, those were once again "fake-out" eliminations that didn't mean anything. Both queens were brought back right after those season 14 split premieres ended. In episode three, the chocolate bar twist was introduced and June Jambalaya fell in the bottom two against Maddy Morphosis. The two queens were asked to lip sync to Kylie Minogue's "I Love It," and Mama Ru asked Jambalaya to sashay away. "It's chocolate," Jambalaya declared upon unwrapping her chocolate bar and getting officially eliminated from the competition.

Irene Dubois (Season 15)
Irene Dubois was the first-eliminated queen from Drag Race season 15. After a Variety Show performance about making a cup of iced water, Dubois ended up landing in the bottom two. She lip synced to Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" against Amethyst, and Mama Ru asked Dubois to sashay away in the end.
