Francesca Farago became a reality TV superstar after appearing on the first season of Too Hot to Handle and being a standout cast member alongside then-boyfriend Harry Jowsey. Following the show, Farago and Jowsey dated on and off for a few years. However, they ultimately broke up.

In 2021, she returned to the Netflix reality show universe on Love Is Blind: After the Altar. Farago was featured on the show as Damian Powers' date following his breakup with costar Giannina Gibelli. Nonetheless, things didn't seem to work out between Powers and Farago, either.

For some time now, Farago has been dating trans TikTok superstar Jesse Sullivan. Though they've been somewhat private about their relationship over the last few months, recent posts on social media suggest that things have gotten much more serious between the couple.

The Too Hot to Handle alum wrote in an Instagram post:

"Happy birthday to the best human I know."

In turn, Sullivan thanked Farago for everything she did to celebrate his birthday this year. The influencer wrote on his Instagram post:

"This girl made my birthday the best I've ever had. She's the best person I know and I cannot wait to get down on one knee for her."
