Last night, the stars of the beloved gay Netflix series Young Royals made their U.S. TV debut on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Edvin Ryding and Omar Rudberg, who play Prince Wilhelm and Simon respectively in the Swedish drama, are just now realizing how much of a global success their show has become.

"I could never imagine that we'd be on the Fallon show in New York," said Rudberg. "Now it's getting to me. It's pretty big now."

The two went on to reveal that Rudberg was actually in a band that opened for OneDirection and Justin Bieber, Ryding saw Rudberg in one of those shows, and that the two actors are actually the voices of the English dub. They also shared details from their casting auditions and the newly announced third and final season.

"It's still very early, the script is still being written," Ryding shared, but says the ending will certainly be bittersweet.

"We're looking forward to seeing them smile for once," Rudberg added.
